Rutgers’ Tim Wright is Back on the Gridiron after Months of Underwater Treadmill Rehab
We know how tough it can be for athletes to suffer sports injuries, especially early in their careers. For one Rutgers junior, a torn right knee ACL last year made his comeback possibilities look bleak; however, thanks to a solid recovery that included HydroWorx underwater treadmill workouts, he is ready to rumble! And now Tim Wright is sharing his remarkable story and motivating others in the process.
As was noted in this great overview piece by The Star Ledger’s Dave Hutchinson:
“I feel good,” said a beaming Wright, who also had 19-yard touchdown on a seam route. “I’m not where I (want) to be. I’m halfway there. I might be a little more. But I’m just ready to get this season going. My body felt great. My knee felt great… I needed that. I’ve worked hard.”
We certainly agree! Congrats, Tim!
