COVID-19 Update from HydroWorx

Dear Valued HydroWorx Customers:
What unprecedented times these are. We hope that you and your families are safe and healthy as we all continue to monitor and adjust our daily routines to the global coronavirus (COVID-19). We are writing to assure you that we are committed to protecting the health and safety of our valued customers and employees.
As all responsible citizens and business partners are, we will always act responsibly as new information is made available to us, specifically news and directives from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). We are taking proactive steps at HydroWorx to help limit exposure to the virus, while also maintaining safe, ongoing operations.
Today we met with employees to discuss the recent guidance about COVID-19 from the experts; we are asking them to follow simple, but effective steps to keep themselves, our products, and our facilities safe. This includes having nonessential product operations and customer service employees working from home if they are able for the upcoming weeks. Our office and warehouse will remain open with normal business hours, however, we will only allow essential supply vendors to access our shipping/receiving area.
We suspended all international travel by employees three weeks ago. We also reinforced our company’s internal policies by encouraging proper handwashing, cleaning of all surfaces in the office/warehouse, and urged employees to stay home if they are ill.
Employee Travel – Field Sales, Clinical Education, Field Service and Installation
In order to ensure the continued safety and well-being of our customers and employees, as of today we have suspended unnecessary domestic air travel. Most sales calls and customer support will be conducted virtually via phone or video conference – please consider using FaceTime, Skype or Zoom with our personnel if you need live help. Our Service team is here to support you, as always.
If you have in person activities scheduled with any HydroWorx employees, such as a new product start up and inservice, he or she will be in close communication with you to confirm your schedule and needs, and determine if re-scheduling is prudent.
Product Availability and Shipments
At present, our supply chain is unaffected, and we will honor all product shipments in accordance with our customer agreements. We are in constant communication with our suppliers and will let you know if we expect any inventory delays or other issues.
