51-Years-Old — Running/Conditioning

51-year-old John maintains an active and healthy lifestyle by running in the HydroWorx pool at Summit Place Senior Campus in Eden Prairie, MN. His pool training provides a low-impact strengthening and conditioning workout that is not only keeping John in shape, but preparing him for a strong time in an upcoming 5K race.

HydroWorx Underwater Treadmill Bootcamp

Ready for a great workout? Learn from the HydroWorx bootcamp which consists of a 5 minute warm up, an interval workout of 15, 2 to 5 minute sprints, chest presses, woodchops, backpedal, swimming, and a massage cooldown. You can do all of this on an underwater treadmill and in a physical therapy pool.
