Marketing Manager

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:

HydroWorx is the global leader in aquatic therapy and conditioning solutions to improve human performance. The Company designs, develops, manufactures, markets and distributes hydrotherapy technology products and therapy pools for use in Sports Medicine, Physical Therapy, Senior Living, Health, Wellness, Fitness and Residential markets.

The Company services over 4,000 product solutions installed in over 20 countries worldwide. The Company currently has a presence at more than 30 national and regional trade shows, industry meetings and seminars each year. 

The Marketing Manager oversees all marketing activities of the organization. They develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive demand, generate leads, and enhance brand awareness. This role involves planning, organizing, and executing marketing campaigns, tracking their success, and adjusting strategies as necessary. The Marketing Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams, analyzes market trends, and identifies new opportunities to achieve the company’s goals and objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s objectives to promote products or services effectively.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events, to reach the target audience and maximize ROI.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Use insights to make informed marketing decisions.
  • Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the organization’s brand identity. Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials and platforms.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising. Optimize online presence to drive website traffic and customer engagement.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively. Allocate resources efficiently across various marketing channels and campaigns.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Use analytics tools to track the performance of marketing campaigns. Prepare regular reports, analyze data, and present actionable insights to the management team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing strategies with overall business goals. Foster cross-functional collaboration.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate marketing strategies, campaign results, and upcoming initiatives to internal stakeholders, external partners, and clients as needed.
  • Manage third party SEO vendor to develop search engine optimization strategy to ensure long term lead generation and we are on the forefront of google algorithm changes to best maximize our web presence.
  • Assess the need for new video and photo collateral. Set up shoots and execute acquiring photo or video, editing of new asset and dissemination to website, marketing and sales team.
  • Search social media streams and share applicable content on HydroWorx social media accounts.
  • Respond to comments and inquiries on social media.
  • Assist customers with marketing efforts.
  • Manage new product development from beginning to market launch.
  • Build relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies.
  • Help to maintain the HydroWorx culture.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Several years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM software.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
  • Proven working experience as a digital media specialist or social media marketing.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear in order to exchange information.  This is largely a sedentary role. Occasionally moves to access files, fax & copy machines.  On occasions may lift up to 10 lbs.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copy and fax machines, filing cabinets.

TOOLS & EQUIPMENT:

Computer, telephone, copy & fax machines.

WORK HOURS:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
