Matt Spaeth visits ACCUA in Savage, MN to get a final aquatic therapy workout before heading to training camp with the Pittsburgh Steelers. Chris Kost puts the tight end through a cardiovascular workout that flushes the lactic acid from his muscles but never gets overly demanding. Spaeth also performs a variety of resistance and stretching exercises. With the rigors of the NFL season just days away, Spaeth uses the HydroWorx pool to get his body right in an unweighted environment.
High School Football Aquatic Training
