Manchester United FC
2006 Premier League Champions, Manchester United is one of the most successful clubs in England. According to Rob Swire, Head Physiotherapist for Manchester, "HydroWorx provides better all around conditioning and strengthening." For that reason, Manchester United purchased a HydroWorx 500 Series Pool for their Carrington Training Centre.
Chelsea FC
2004-05 was the most successful season in the history of Chelsea futbol club. They secured the Premiership title in a record breaking season by gaining 95 points along with setting records for: most wins (29), fewest goals against (15), and most clean sheets (25) in a 38 game season. To build on that success and ensure Chelsea's players had the premier rehabilitation device in its training room, Chelsea purchased HydroWorx' flagship model - the HydroWorx 2000.
Aston Villa FC
Aston Villa F.C., one of the twelve founding members of the Football League in 1888, purchased a HydroWorx 2000 Series Pool complete with underwater treadmill, moveable floor and underwater video monitoring system. Hot and cold therapy pools manufactured by HydroWorx will be installed as well.
New South Wales Waratahs
In Sydney, Australia, construction on a new home base for Rugby is officially underway on the site of what will be a state-of-the-art Rugby Centre of Excellence at Aussie Stadium. In all, it is envisioned approximately two-thirds of Australia's professional players will make use of the facility, as well as the HydroWorx Thermal and Polar Plunge Pools, to facilitate recovery and decrease injuries on an annual basis.
The Shilla Hotel- Samsung Corporation
The Shilla a member of the prestigious The Leading Hotels of the World and owned by Samsung Corporation, is Korea's representative hotel. The Shilla has set a trend in luxurious lodging with state-of-the-art facilities and high-end technology making a partnership with HydroWorx a natural fit. The HydroWorx 1000 Series Fitness Pool will be utilized by The Shilla as an added amenity for the award winning fitness and spa programs currently offered.
DIF Rehabilitation Centre
The Mexican Government is seeing the value of aquatic therapy in a HydroWorx therapy pool. Since October 2005, a HydroWorx 1000 has been aiding in the physical therapy of government employees in Culican, Mexico. Most recently, the DIF Rehabilitation Centre purchased HydroWorx' flagship model, the HydroWorx 2000, as well as a HydroWorx 500 Series therapy pool--both equipped with underwater treadmill and resistance jet technology.
Otawa Senators
The Ottawa Senators are a professional ice hockey team based in Ottawa, Ontario. In 2001 the Senators expanded their training facility to include a HydroWorx 500 Series pool. Remaining active, even while injured is important for any athlete- especially hockey players. That's why the Ottawa Senators chose to add a HydroWorx to their athletic training program. This active recovery keeps their players healthy and on the ice.
